Who are we?
Orrell District Veterans Association (ODVA)
Based in ODVA Hall, Fernhill Road, Bootle, we provide a local venue for veterans, members and non-members to enjoy.
The Club was founded by Captain C. Goodman in 1919 to provide a place for veterans and their families to talk about their experiences and socialise with others who have been through similar experiences.
The Club continues to thrive to this day with over 100 active members.
Our Club
Open to both members and non-members alike, our community club provides a place to be social, meet new people and enjoy our regular entertainment nights; from Bingo, cabaret to themed nights. Your guaranteed to have a good time!
Our committee of dedicated volunteers help run the club; from granting membership to helping run the club on a weekly basis; always in the best interests of our veterans and local community.
Want to become a member?
Committed regular attendees at the Club will be offered membership. Membership currently costs £20 per anumm and allows free entry into the club along with other benefits.
